Continuus is comprised of individuals who care about giving back. Our committee mission is to educate ourselves and others on the needs of those around us, build relationships with the community, provide our employees with volunteer opportunities that match their passions and skills, and support our communities using our time, funds, and connections.

With employees scattered around the US, we do our best to get involved in and give back to organizations where people are located. We have an open forum for any employees to submit the causes or organizations most important to them or that they are already involved with so that Continuus can support those as well.

As part of our unlimited PTO policy, we also give our employees unlimited opportunity to donate their time to whatever causes they are passionate about.

The Continuss Cares Committee is also dedicated to employee performance, retention, and recruitment. More importantly, it ensures we are recognizing and including every human being as they are and supporting each employee in a workplace where they feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Activities and initiatives include, but are not limited to, internal communication through company intranet; employee connections, in-person and virtually; and 360 surveys.
