We work alongside our valued partners to help clients find the right technology stack for their needs and create a strategy and roadmap, provide health checks and assessments, acquire those tools and assets, implement them into their existing environments, train and enable their internal teams to use the platforms, and provide ongoing support and product management to ensure they are getting the most value from their investment.

Technology stacks don’t exist in a vacuum. With expertise and awareness at each stage of the data roadmap and data maturity curve, we understand how it’s all connected and how the respective tools need to interact with each other. We have end-to-end experience with platforms that support the data ingestion, storage, and consumption needs of clients in the financial services/asset management, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Beyond that, we’ve seen the other side as customers of technology value-added resellers previously and are able to bring that experience to our own clients.

Adoption Programs and Enablement

What platform, what products within the platform, how many, on what public cloud, and length of contract are questions that are best met with evidence based answers. Rather than guess at these answers, we run adoption programs with vendors to take the guess work out of these answers. Make purchases with the confidence. We don’t want to simply know what technology our customers want to use; we want to know why they need it. What is the business value? The strategic outcome? We partner with our clients at the leadership level to develop an adoption program or proof-of-concept to understand the organization and evaluate the best technology stack for its goals, needs, structure, and size.

Purpose, People, Process, Technology

In that order. Although critical, technology is the least important component when delivering business value. This might sound strange coming from our Technology and Enablement practice, but our experience has proven that it’s for a good reason. Purpose, people and processes MUST come first; doing it in any other order can determine the success or failure of a project. We want to understand the full business before we can make any informed technology recommendations

Cloud-First Data Modernization is Key

Snowflake is our cloud technology of choice, and we believe that all data stacks should at least start there. Data science, visualization, integration, replication, and governance tools should integrate with it and be evaluated and chosen based on their capabilities, strengths, objectives, and support.
